Beginners of all ages are welcome to join the Kamloops Tai Chi Club any time. The first class is free, so bring a friend. Learn more about the benefits of tai chi.

Free summer sessions

Free during the summer

Regular sessions resume on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, at Cottonwood Manor. The fee is $130 for every 10 classes that you attend.


Instructor

Our instructor begins with qigong (chi gung) exercises, then teaches the form.

Form

The form consists of 24 moves based on the traditional Yang style.
